Film Submissions
Film submissions to WFF are made via the FilmFreeway platform and are subject to the specific submission guidelines, eligibility criteria and entry terms published on our FilmFreeway page and on the Submit page of this Site. Submission fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once processed.
By submitting a film to WFF you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to submit the work and that submission does not infringe the rights of any third party. WFF accepts no liability for any intellectual property disputes arising from submitted works.
Submission does not guarantee screening, nomination or award. Decisions of the festival jury are final.
Tickets and Passes
Ticket and pass purchases are subject to the specific terms issued at the time of purchase. Tickets are generally non-refundable except in the event of a cancelled or significantly changed event. WFF reserves the right to alter the festival programme, venue or scheduling. Where a session is cancelled we will endeavour to offer an alternative or refund.
Partnerships and Sponsorship
Partnership enquiries submitted via this Site are treated as expressions of interest only and do not constitute a binding agreement. Any formal partnership arrangement will be subject to a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Accuracy of Information
We endeavour to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date. However we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any content. Festival dates, venues, programme details and award categories are subject to change.
